  • How do I receive my design files?
    Once your design request is finished, we will send a Dropbox file link so you can download your design file anytime
  • Is there a design request limit for subscribers?
    Nope! You can make unlimited design requests that will be in queue if you are a monthly subscriber (not a one time purchase) and your design requests will be delivered one at a time.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Unfortunately we do not provide any refunds. That being said, we will revise your design as much as possible so there will be no need for a refund 😁
  • How do I request designs?
    Typically you request your designs by using Trello (every customer will have their own Trello board). Here is a Youtube video that explains how DesignRoar uses Trello with our customers.
  • What if I don't like my design?
    No problem! All DesignRoar customers have unlimited design revision request, we will edit it as much as possible until you are satisfied!
  • What happens after I make a purchase?
    Whether it be a one time purchase or a monthly subscription, you will receive an onboarding email which will include the instructions on how to communicate your design request with us, as well as how to receive your designs.
  • How fast will I receive my designs?
    On average it will take 2 business days for any 2D designs and 3 - 4 business days for 3D designs. However more complex designs (tends to be an outlier) can take more time.
